Greene County Ohio my huge healthy tree limb encroaches over neighbors yard, top is 100 ft high
trunk is on my property, tree is old and healthy maybe a hickory. limb itself is the size of a large tree. Am I responsible for this thing someday if it becomes diseased? It was planted long before I moved here. It overhangs the middle of their yard, but it is possible it could take down a shed Someday if it broke. limb is full of greenery right up to the top so is healthy.
