Can anyone share their experience working at Syneos? Work-life balance? Compensation? Overall culture?

Will anyone share their salary (or salary range) as a senior medical writer in Canada? In many applications, it asks for expected salary (and I have been rejected on the basis of salary expectations). I am just trying to figure out what is a reasonable ask in the industry right now.
