Radio antenna issue and head unit issue.

The connectors are getting power and the antenna is rolling ip and down when i connect it to the antenna switch inside the cabin. My radio is still not getting any power and i dont know why or what happened. All fuses are fine all wire connections are good and i did not touch the radio before installing the antenna. Everything was working until i adjusted the antenna position and the radio went out. Since then it does not want to power on

New radio antenna issue, what did i do wrong?

I ended up cutting the original harness and connected all the wires as instructed. The radio was working fine but the antenna was not functioning going up. I thought maybe it was stuck in the rubber grommet and turned it slightly. Next thing i know my radio head unit goes black and shuts off. I checked my fuses all of them are fine i check my wire connections and they all have a solid connection. What could i have done wrong and what is my solution to this ugly mess.

Radio antenna question

[question]
Hello, i purchased an aftermarket radio antenna for my 1985 w123 from Mercedessource and this bullet connector was included in the kit for installation. It does not fit the connector for the original in the car. Im trying to install this route because i do not want to cut and would like to keep the car original if possible. Does anyone know what size connector i need and where to find them?
