Good deal to upgrade our family vehicle? (Ontario, Canada)

As the title states, the wife and I are looking to upgrade a vehicle as we are expecting our second child this summer. We currently have a 2020 Elantra GT N-Line and a 2022 Tucson hybrid. The Tucson was great as we welcomed our first child but now we feel it is time to turn in my go-kart GT for something more family friendly especially when it comes to future space needs and fitting two car seats without having our knees slammed into the dashboards (I am 6ft and my wife 5'10")

We have looked at the Acadia from a GMC dealership but we wanted to compare Hyundai's Santa Fe as we have really enjoyed the car brand for cost efficiency (and fuel efficiency).

Here is a picture of the "deal" we were able to get on the loaded calligraphy hybrid at our local dealership we take our vehicles for service.

I am curious what others opinion is on these numbers and if it seems to be a fair price for the vehicle.

I don't remember all these additional fees like freight and just wanted to confirm they are all typical costs to expect.

They originally offered 16k trade in but increased it after I showed them the 18k the GMC dealership offered me.

We also got the .50% interest rate taken off as a loyalty perk.

They tossed in a $200 gift card to use on servicing after the first 2 included oil changes.

I appreciate any insight and experience others can share. We loved the car from the test drive and are looking forward to making this our family hauler.
