Pre-settlement funding in Ireland?
Has anyone in Ireland actually gone through the process of getting an advance/loan against an ongoing lawsuit or potential settlement?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to access cash before the case is resolved. My solicitor is willing to provide a letter regarding the case.

Would be interested to hear from anyone who’s actually done this, how the process worked, what was required, and whether it was difficult to get approved.
