I moved into a new home in January and from what the dead blooms looked like, this is a panicle, maybe limelight hydrangea. I didn’t know much about it so I left it alone. There was a long freeze in January as well so maybe that’s why it’s not blooming, but what do I need to do to make sure she shows out next season?
