Contract opportunity data used to be updated daily at https://sam.gov/data-services/Contract%20Opportunities/datagov?privacy=Public ContractOpportunitiesFullCSV.csv but it now just shows headers and nothing else. It has been like this for a week or two now. Anyone know who to contact about this?

Update: it started working as soon as I posted this haha.

I have a resident NH permit and non resident MA permit. Can I carry in PA & specifically Philadelphia? From my understanding I can carry in Philly with my NH resident permit but want to make 1000% sure.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm getting mixed answers from different sources about if PA has reciprocity with NH, or if I can only carry outside of Philly.
