What is the mask for Zankou’s kit?

As the title asks, I was wondering what the white mask is in her kit, and how to get it. I have seen a video of some flying bird with a similar mask but the language wasn’t in English. I don’t think I have access to the enemy.

Which is more worth the Fons? Apartments or my favourite car?

I have been saving up fons recently and have currently gotten 4.5M. I really want the LaVelox for 10.8M but I also only have Wiener and Eden apartments. Which would you say i buy first?

I wonder when these two areas will be accessible.

I've been curious as to what these areas will be like, since with the whole 1.3 map leak having been revealed, these areas bring up my curiosity.

Am I in a good position as of right now?

I am skipping Iroi and saving for Zankou because I loved her previous design. I just hope it comes out as a skin that Fons can buy. (the Board Modification is at 52/90, too!)

I have some potential ideas for future NTE (again)

New Business Ideas
- We can alternate our portfolio by opening a pharmacy, car repair shop or more.
- We can buy a skyscraper and rent out offices to companies for income.
- Similarly to the previous point, there are many vacant building, there could be a few options to rent that out too.
- We could invest/buy stocks in a select few Hethereau companies.

New City-wide Ideas:
- Since Hotta themselves have apparently stated they want NTE to have multiple cities in the future, there could be
- New criminal gangs around that area.
- New hobbies like hockey or skating.
- New bond city-invite to watch sports with said character
- New cars, all cheap, middle-range and expensive.

There’s a lot more ideas that I had but I cannot remember them right now, hopefully they come to mind soon.

Theoretically, how influential is the Biker Gang in Hethereau?

I usually get curious about the least important things, so here we go again.

As asked in the title, I’ve been thinking about how you see small crime groups everywhere as WELL as criminal-ran sites like the Construction site at Soleil road or the one north of Ticking Back bike shop (top right of the map)

Also, considering they’re all in the same/variations of the same uniform, could it be different divisions of an organised Mafia-like group?

This would be cool

Maybe in the future as there are more characters added and the story progresses, maybe we could get a 6th branch to our cafe, new apartments and a new repair shop chain. The 5 cafe’s is a nice touch to the game and I do enjoy it, but it would be even cooler if we could have some sort of in-game stock market AND an expanded portfolio
