Subcutaneous injections.

I've always imagined, rightly or wrongly, that when you inject the liquid, that your fat layer doesn't absorb it, (fat & water etc.), and when you pull out the needle, your skin pulls with it sometimes, and what you're ingecting might leak out the puncture hole. (it doesn't, but it might.) 

Educate me.
