I am visiting Münster tomorrow. Any suggestions for third wave / speciality cafes? I see klewe, röstbar etc.. would be great if you could share your experience. (Hoping this group has some pour over enthusiasts:) ) thanks!

edit#2: Ended up visiting Kliewe and Her hase.

in Kliewe, I tried a funky columbian co-fermented coffee. it was a bit too wild for my liking, but I kind of knew that before:)

in Herr Hase, I tried a papua new guinea natural processed coffee. great pour over,very fruity and sweet too!
