This new costume event is doing the exact opposite of motivating my son. He switched the app to his native language so he can try to get as many pieces as possible. Then today, the app didn't give him any pieces for the lessons he did and he broke down crying. The chances of him earning the actual suit he wants are almost zero and it's depressing to see. I wanted him to get excited about learning another language and this is definitely not the way.
