A Fruit With No Seeds
There has to be a sweet fruit to bear
From the beautiful vivacious blooms.
I look and look, then say well, soon
Behold the work the rhythmic nature brings
A fragrant bouquet of colorful, floral spring
And from the sweet blossom evolves a ripe fruit
Growing forth still little from top to root
To full fruition, delicious, ripe and juicy
With no seeds to give, to replant, poor Lucy
