Cashmere body butters review
Lots of people were asking me about these body butters on my last post and I’ve actually used a couple of them now (whipped marshmallow and sweet coconut) so I thought I’d give them their own post! (Obligatory sorry for formatting, on my phone)
Scent wise, in order of my favorite to least favorite we have
Whipped marshmallow - sweet but not sickeningly sweet, definitely smells like marshmallows
Vanilla cream - tied with whipped marshmallow really, also sweet but I definitely get the cream note as well, has a slightly milky scent
Sweet coconut - reminds me of the OG Suave coconut shampoo and conditioners, a very basic coconut scent but I love coconut
Warm caramel - slightly…salty smelling?? I can’t put my finger on why I don’t like it but I just don’t, it’s not horrible or anything but just not for me
The scents don’t last long and aren’t overwhelming. I like the packaging, I prefer a pump bottle but I know body butters are almost always in a tub.
As for how they feel, these body butters are thiccc with multiple C’s. Very rich and moisturizing, so no complaints in that department. They absorbed pretty quickly and didn’t leave any greasy feeling. I think they’d be a little better for winter or if you just have really, really dry skin year round.
Overall I give these a 4/5 and I would recommend picking up a scent if it interests you, but there’s no reason to buy all four unless you just really want them.
Thanks for reading! Hope I answered some questions folks may have had about them.
