has anyone used national debt relief instead of filing bankruptcy...they saying I can pay 288 a month for 37 months and be debt free..isn't that still going to wreck your credit so is there point?

has anyone used national debt relief instead of filing bankruptcy..they say 288/37 months and I'm debt free..they make 25%..but they say I'll pay 10k instead of 41k..but isn't either way going to wreck your credit..how do you build your credit back paying 37 months behind 🤔

what to do

im lost..I haven't talked to a attorney cause I'm not sure how to pay for it..my son was helping me but no longer can..I've been disabled for 10 years and get ssi...I have never been late on a single payment but I'm going to be only making 1650 a month now..I owe almost 18k..which about 700 in payments that I can't afford...should I file ch 7? I feel bad just stopping paying😞 I'm 53..kids grown..future looks pretty bleh though stress has officially kicked in...your thoughts pls
