Can anyone offer assistance in importing version 17.1.1 into Cloud Business?

I'm in South Africa, am struggling to get support. I've phoned and send e-mails to any addresses I could find.

Believe it or not, only UK got back to me, but they're not doing Pastel 50 support anymore.

I'm quite desperate. It's a new client. Previous person passed away (years ago), and he just left it. Until SARS came knocking.

I need to do imports from 2019.

I'll be extatic if someone can assist.
