My father is a payment processing entrepreneur. I’m currently a 22 year old construction worker/technician. I want to have the life he has, eventually. How do I start?

I’m also starting up a high ticket vending business but I want to know all of my options. Despite the great skills and while I do enjoy construction, I don’t want to be a tradesmen my entire adult career.
