Id love to understand how much you all are making and how that changed as you gained more experience. I’m currently planning my career change from nanny to RBT

Im currently in wisconsin and thinking about becoming an rbt. Ive been working as a daycare worker for a few years now.

So is rbt a profession in which you can make a career out long term? Is it pretty protected from ai stuff that is happening? How hard is the exam? Are there any other pros/cons?
