Need advice on dealing with overbearing and controlling client.

*Please note, I work for a professional pet sitting company - i’m not an independent pet sitter.

I have a super entitled, overbearing & controlling client. I am her only sitter, she refuses to let anyone else from the company walk her dog. I’ve been walking this dog since it was a puppy and she’s now three. Untrained, nippy/(sometimes bites down) reactive shiz tzu (hence why I’m the only one who walks it)
With this all said, I hope to move out of state soon and will have to break the news to my company and then inform my long standing clients I’m leaving.
How best would I approach telling this long standing client this news when I know how insane it will make her that I’ll no longer be walking her dog. Side note, these clients have said to my face they think I’m “family.”
