Does the Universitaly 120% rule impact Politecnico di Torino open admission programs?
As I understand it, starting from this year, not everyone will be able to enroll due to the cap. Does this mean that Polito will no longer accept all guaranteed students?
Also, since open-admission Master’s programs don’t have a published quota, will universities apply this limit without officially announcing it?
Since this is an official rule, I haven’t seen any clear announcement from the university about how it will be implemented. Can someone explain?
