Travelling from Birmingham to London Euston
I am thinking about applying to a summer internship which requires me to travel from Birmingham New St to London Euston from July 1st to the end of August.
As I am in the application stage, I am just gonna assume I should be there before 9, preferably around 8:20 leaving me time to reach the building which isn’t too far from the train station & to also get breakfast if I want it.
What would be the best ticket to purchase - I am in my penultimate year of Uni btw, but I don’t have a railcard or anything. I would like the train to be direct without changes and also would like to return the same day from July to August.
Any tips and tricks to save money and make it hassle-free would be appreciated especially since I have never gone into London before.
