I have a two bedroom condo. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. My bedroom is large and pretty with a non-functional fireplace. The guest room is small but quieter and darker. It’s also closer to the one bathroom. Is it rude or expected to have my sitters sleep in the guest bedroom?

Just curious if HOs have been having trouble finding sitters. I was browsing listings in my area to get a sense of how other HOs advertise their places and nearly every listing was labeled either “new” or “low applications.” I thought my home, location, and pet was an attractive enough package that I wouldn’t have trouble finding a sitter for my vacation this summer, but now I’m worried
