"Syllabus" to follow along with? [ITF/'Traditional']
Hello TKD Redditors!
A long time ago, in a city far far away I studied/practiced '"traditional" TKD. I ended up getting to red belt/1st gup before I needed to focus on school. I never really knew what this meant until I started looking up TKD again more recently. Turns out my old instructor had studied under General Choi, so it's basically ITF.
I'm back into martial arts after a 20 year hiatus, but there's no convenient TKD school so I am expanding my repertoire to Karate (fwiw, before you ask,m I define convenient as distance from home, reputation, and monthly costs). Given that the arts are related, I was wondering if there's a Traditional TKD Syllabus that breaks down skills to each gup. I was thinking of practicing the relevant skills and hyeongs on my own in parallel as I rank up in Karate. Any thoughts and pointers?
