What counts as a bland diet for trace sludge?

I (25F) have been having gallbladder symptoms that have slowly built up over 6 years. I’ve gone to the emergency room multiple times with pain and throwing up. They would do a CT scan, find nothing, and send me home with nausea medication. I went back two days ago because the symptoms came back and I felt pressure in my chest. I got a different doctor this time and when I told them my mother had gallbladder removal at my age, they finally checked it with an ultrasound. They found “trace sludge” and said that I need to follow an extremely bland diet until I can meet with a general surgeon and gastroenterologist.

The issue is, I have no idea what that means in terms of how strict I need to avoid things. Like if I can’t have a lot of sugar, is zero sugar soda still okay?? They said nothing acidic but does that include the citric acid in my bottles of sparkling water? I tried looking it up but all the information seems so conflicting. What do I eat for snacks other than fruits and vegetables? Whenever I try to research it seems like different sources are telling me to essentially avoid everything but I’m not sure what that leaves me with lol.
