So I’ve recently installed co2 and I’m struggling with getting the bubbles distributed properly throughout the tank.
The hob fluval AC50 I use is powerful enough to reach diffuser and push bubbles around, but it seems like it’s bothering my puffers a bit.
Previously I had a baffle on the filter to minimize disturbance within the water column.
What is the best solution here?
I want to broaden the species of plants I have in my pea tank. I know how much co2 helps, but I would be scared of depleting oxygen levels if done incorrectly.
Makes me think it’s not even worth it because of the risk.
How can I do co2 so that I don’t have to worry at all?
My puffers are arriving in 4 days, all my water parameters are reading correctly. I have a ramshorn and bladder snail colony thriving inside. Planning on feeding live scuds along with frozen bloodworms a few times per week.
Just looking for any last minute advice here. What could I do better?
