Automations on Multi-Level Board are broken
I don't know how this company can charge £46 per month per user on the enterprise version and ship out absolute crap/ unfinished features to their users.
Notifying automations don't make sense at all. I can't use the fields from the third layer of the item in the custom messages of notifications. I can't understand how a Product Manager of a product that is used by millions of users around the world, couldn't think of the notifications system before shipping out this feature. Every single newly launched feature feels unfinished or not polished. Are Monday.com PMs and Devs so incompetent that they couldn't think of such a basic mechanic before launching this feature? Or are they just lazy and want to ship out more useless features just so that the company can justify the price hikes to the users?
In some cases, I can't even select hooks from the subitem in my notification messages which literally renders this automation useless.
Every single feature feels like it wasn't thought through and none of the end users were consulted during the development phase. Don't even get me started on the AI slop this company has been shipping lately.
