Why do my fillings look like this? Any tips and tricks to improve? I don’t know if that is a thick layer of bond ?(yes I do blow air for 5-10 seconds) and I do condense the composite (maybe not enough?) . I am sure there are no caries left behind as I always finish off with a slow speed and a spoon excavator but here #20DO has recurrent decay just 1 year later.

PS: Yes, I know here is more decay that we still have to get done
