I’m up for a potential Christmas time seasonal role it’ll be at most 4 months long. Until the end of 2026. There is zero chance of anything after. What’s the limit I can make before I have to reapply after the 4 months? I have the option of getting any range of hours I ask up to 35-40. I’d love to try and do 40 because things have been getting harder and harder with the cost of living lately and the extra money would really help me feel less insecure financially if I could have an emergency fund saved up. But if it means I’ll lose my ODSP support I’d rather work less like 20hrs to make sure when the contract ends at the end of December i still keep my financial support.

Hey, loving the cozey couch only issue I didn’t foresee is corduroy isn’t friendly for laser optic mice. The grooves mess up the tracking. I’m looking for aesthetic mousepad solutions if anyone has any. So far I’ve just been wrapping the arm/backrest in a tshirt and using that as a mousepad but it looks janky. I’d love something that could double as a table or something. Like a wooden C that goes over the arm rest and can be a cup rest/mouse pad area.
