I’ve had this for a while and the top has never worked randomly decided to try it again the other night and it started coming down but wouldn’t go all the way on its own it latched itself back in place but now I’m trying to do a full reset and the top won’t unlatch itself anymore and when I turn the hex it doesn’t ac do anything except add tension to the hex and when I let go it just winds back into the original place I tried turning it farther without letting go and it started clicking so I stopped what is going on here? I also can’t get either of the motors to click back into place to try and automatically lower the top again how can I align them into place?

not sure if the regulator went out or what but it won’t roll up and I can’t even force it up further than this just went down and wouldn’t go back up one day
