Do non-closet hiding spots just not work?
I was playing with my friend and we had a game on Willow where our only hiding spot was the sofa in the master bedroom. It started hunting while I was in the basement hallway, and I simply just ran upstairs to the master bedroom sofa.
A couple seconds after I heard the ghost enter the room and it wandered around the room for a little bit before it just went into my hiding spot and killed me. I know it didn't see me because it walked right in front of the sofa and didn't come in, it just randomly went into it.
We also have had this problem on Grafton. Me and two other friends had a kitchen ghost and we had the refrigerator hiding spot. We were all hiding there but when the ghost started it's hunt it just went up to the hiding spot and killed us (It couldn't have seen us, we were there before it's grace period was done). Another time, one of my friends hid in the hiding spot upstairs by the master bedroom, and my friend said the ghost "Literally just walked upstairs and b-lined to your hiding spot." We all have push to talk on so it couldn't hear or detect our equipment.
The only time we are safe is in lockers and closets as those are the only places it doesn't wander to. But it's also ruined many games for me because more often than not, all my closets and lockers are blocked and I just die in those hiding spots 25% of the time. Has anyone else been through this?
