Routine recommendation for increasing passive side split flexibility
I just got through assesment portion of any good flexibility goal and am seeing that my active side splits is just as deep as my passive. So I'm here to loosen up those muscles and brain body connections.
To note my active pancake and active tailors pose are also on the weaker side of the spectrum so I am also wanting to train those in order to help round out my overalll skill with the side splits.
So I have a general outline already around three main exercises (targeting side splits, pancake, and tailors pose respectively) for 2-3 sets and doing that twice a week. Though I wanted to ask for any specific exercises to train for these goals that yall have personally tried and benifited from.
I aperciate any input on it all. Keep it loose!
