I did an accountancy degree in a local uni and feeling a bit stuck in my big 4 tax job 1 year in, unsure about future job prospects that will give me a salary i’d be proud of.

I’m considering if i should switch into regulatory advisory in a bank, how hard is it to get in as someone with no experience?

or if i should do a masters in a completely unrelated field so that i can have a wider range of job opportunities. But id only do this after extensive research on whether id enjoy these other fields, etc.

Appreciate any advice or examples of people who have successfully changed jobs / industries in this job market
