Atypical lesions found on liver and kidney

46 y/o, 170cm tall, 110 kgs, single mother to 1 teen.

Mid last year my BP shot up (169/100) and my GP wasn't too worried, prescribed Ramipril and it went down for a few weeks. Then my GP retired, and the new GP panicked when going over my file; she ordered full blood work up which showed I'm pre-diabetic if not diabetic & likely have NAFLD.

GP then ordered fasting bloods, ECG (still waiting on results for these) and an abdominal ultra sound scan.

Abdominal USS showed atypical lesions on my liver and right kidney. I have been referred for a CT scan, which is a few weeks away.

GP says not to panic but I want some advice about what I could be facing, any changes i should/could be making now and any other advice or info...

Thank you in advance

Liver and kidney lesions found after recent health decline

46 y/o AFAB, 170cm tall, 110 kgs, single mother to 1 teen.

Been asthmatic my whole life, managed well with medication, no acute episodes since teens.

G Anxiety D dx at 27, commenced Lexapro 20 mg and still taking this dose today.

Hashimotos dx at 36, commenced Levothyroxine. Dosage has increased from 5mcg to 75 mcg daily over the years. Been stready on 75mcg for about 3 years.

Late diagnosis AuDHD and cPTSD at 42, commenced vyvanse and currently taking 50mg a day with 1-2 days off a week.

Realised I'm trans at 42 and commencted HRT, Reandron every 13 weeks.

Prior to vyvanse drank heavily on-and-off throughout my 20s & 30s (with periods of not drinking too, including during pregnancy and chest feeding). Smoked tobacco socially but not without drinking because I didn't enjoy it.

Been using medicinal cannabis via dry herb vaping for the past couple of years for sleep and stress, find it effective and doesn't irritate my asthma.

Did a whole bunch of tests for IBS type symptoms at 44, found and treated Helicobacter pylori but no other results to explain my bad gutt symptoms including bloating, random short bouts of nausea, cramping and discomfort during digestion, more frequent bowel movements. No Coeliac, IBD or Crohns found. Referred for colonoscopy (coming up in November this year, our public system is slow).

Sleep apnea (OSA) dx at 37, CPAP until tonsilectomy at 39.

Did another sleep study and got a new sleep apnea dx last year, using CPAP again.

Sleep study revealed concerning blood pressure reading of 169/110. BP remained about this high for a few weeks until GP prescribed Ramipril 10mg. BP came down to hgh end of normal for a couple of months and then shot up again.

Old GP resigned and new GP panicked when going over my file; ordered full blood work up and has told me I'm pre-diabetic if not diabetic & might have MAFLD. She ordered fasting bloods, ECG (waiting on results) and abdominal USS.

Abdominal USS showed atypical lesions on my liver and right kidney. Have been referred for a CT scan, which is a few weeks away.

Other important info is, over the last year or so I have been feeling increasingly tired and stressed all the time. My stomach has been unusually bloated for the past couple of months and I kinda feel like giving up a lot. Generally I am and have always been a very stressed person. I have coped with alcohol and negative self talk over the years. Had a few good years of finding myself and then have been hit with a pretty consistent feelings of physical and emotional and mental burnout.

GP says not to panic but I want some advice about what I could be facing, any changes i should/could be making now and any other advice or info - preferably non-judgemental.

Thank you in advance!
