What are your go-to meals?

Hello,

I unfortunately slipped out of remission a few weeks ago. I'm doing alright (as much as it is possible, but I still go outside, do sports, work reduced hours, meet friends etc), but I notice how my energy levels keep dropping and how I get anxious about eating.

The combination of low energy and anxiety make me wonder: what are your go-to meals to support your body that are quick and easy to prepare?

I'm living alone. If the ingredients are longer lasting, so that I can store them longer and have some variety, that's a big plus.

Hello,

I (male) recently started to see someone (female) who told me that they have HPV 59 (active).

I myself have a chronic gut inflammation (ulcerative colitis) and take immune suppressants for that (Infliximab and Puri-Nethol).

I'm wondering if it is a good idea to get infected, especially given my medication. I was told by a doctor that the risk of developing cancer out of 59 are low and that the chances of getting HPV at some point are high.

I'm still curious what the likelihood of getting cancer out of HPV 59 are and the odds of getting it from someone where it is unknown if they have HPV.

If the chances of getting HPV 59 in general are rather low and the cancer risk is higher, I'd probably prefer to stay safe.

(I am also reaching out to different doctors and non-profits for STDs, so I won't base my decision of reddit alone)
