ISB Profile Review for PGP-YL as a Fresher

Hi everyone! Looking for a blunt assessment of my profile for ISB PGP YL. I’ll be applying as a fresher.

Profile (19F):
B.Sc. Economics from a Tier-1 college
CGPA: 9.17/10
Class 10/12: 97.6% / 97.2%
GMAT FE: 695 | 715 superscore
CFA Level I cleared
Consulting internship at a Big 4 + research/marketing internships
Selected for a highly selective womens program at MBB
Won a national-level economics/business competition
A few Leadership roles like headgirl and college extracurriculars

My main questions:

  1. Is it worth applying to PGP YL as a fresher with this profile, or would I be significantly better off working for 2–3 years first?
  2. Is a GMAT retake worth it? Would moving from 695 to a 715+ single-sitting score meaningfully improve my chances, given that I already have a 715 superscore?
  3. Overall, how competitive is this profile for PGP YL?
  4. If I do apply, what is the biggest weakness/gap I should work on?

Would especially appreciate perspectives from current ISB students, alumni, or recent applicants. Please be honest — I’m looking for realistic feedback, not reassurance.

685 -> 715+, help needed for verbal

Hi guys,
I gave my official exam on 6th July and scored a 685 (Q84, V83, DI85). I am applying to ISB, and though its enough for the median I believe I can perform better and push myself to a 715+ so I am giving a reattempt in 2 weeks; as my mock scores were:

Mock 1 (cold, without any prep): 645
Mock 2: 745
Mock 3: 685
Mock 4: 715

The reason I scored a 685 was also because I was severely anxious and panicked.

The breakdown of the score report:
Verbal
RC: 90th percentile
CR: 62nd percentile
CR skills:
Analysis/Critique: 58th percentile
Plan/Construct: 66th percentile
Identify Inferred Idea: 69th percentile
Identify Stated Idea: 100th percentile

Quant
Arithmetic: 81st percentile
Algebra: 77th percentile
Weakest areas:
Rates/Ratios/Percent: 41st percentile
Value/Order/Factors: 64th percentile
Strong areas:
Equal/Unequal Algebra: 100th percentile
Counting/Sets/Probability/Stats: 100th percentile

Incidentally, I scored pretty low in DI earlier, but later ended getting a 98 percentile on DI from 60s-70s earlier but Verbal which was 97-98 percentile dropped to 80’s.

I am in my third year of college, and have purchased TTP. I have completed all TTP Quant and DI Lessons and all hard questions; as well as random tests and few hard TTP verbal questions. I have done only the Hard OQ questions, but all of them are done from OG quant and OG verbal.

My questions:

  1. Where exactly do I improve verbal from? I tried reading lessons on ttp but theyre too long and the questions dont seem great, cant find another resource for the questions or idk how to approach this. Watched gmat ninja videos but dont know where to practise from

  2. What exactly should I focus on for Quant? I believe it was bad luck too that I got a few q i mightve made a silly mistake in, i dont think theres a conceptual problem since I am studying a mathematically rigorous course in college

  3. Should I give mock 5 only, or both 5 and 6? Is there anything else I should do to prepare these last two weeks?
