I recently started a marketing role as i was on the burn out at my old org so did a side move, and to be honest didnt spend too long looking. But I’m finding a lot of my day-to-day work is coordination/admin — so feeling overqualified, given i have experience. Im still new, what would you do? Ask for more ownership, say nothing and just chill or?
