Rift 23 is unclearable like this. Why is crt dmg capped at 200? I dont understand...

just simply letting their characters exist in the sandbox without any quest queues shows they're existing in the world and not just a trigger to give the player something to do. I have never seen any other gacha games do this. I dont see a better way to show they care about the characters they put in the game and not just there to do x function then disappear from the world
