Best Ramen so Far

I have been living here for 18 months now. And have tried different places for a ramen. Just an disclaimer I have never been to Japan so I don't know the standards. But at least in Bangkok I have been to several places like Ippuden in Iconsiam, kyoto ramen in one Bangkok, Sho ryu Ramen (soi 24), cocoichibaniya, Naruto (soi 53), and some other forgetful places.

But there is one place which is absolutely benchmark at this point for both Hakata style Tonkatsu Ramen and Shoyu ramen with karage. Which is Ramen Shintaro (on sukhumvit road besides pizza company between soi 47 and 49). I know that when you try one place and you instantly become fan of it but still I wanted some competition to that and only Sho Ryu from soi 24 stood out. Still it was not good enough upto Shintaro. https://maps.app.goo.gl/Nc5DquQwG4L43Rse6?g_st=ac

At this point it feels like I have found a gem but I seriously want the opinion from people who are regular ramen eaters and ofcourse knows better than me. So what do you think?

Update: Thank you for all the responses. Looks like most of the choices are in Promp Pong area. I will give them a try for sure.

Koh Samui Weather at end of July

July end have long Thai holidays and I am in confusion whether to visit Koh Samui (koh phangan as well as koh tao) or Pai

I have a fear that koh samui will have heavy rains but AI is suggesting otherwise.
