Hello, just wondering if I could get some advice. I bought a brand new pontoon boat and had the dealer deliver it to my house. Looks like somewhere in between the dealership and getting delivered to me, somebody flicked a cigarette ash, and it burned a small pencil eraser size burn in the vinyl floor. Not exactly sure what to do at this point?

I have a feeling the dealer is going to say that was out of their hands. Are they correct? I don’t know exactly if there is anyone at fault or if I just have to deal with it.
