TIL one of my neighbors is leaving their dog’s waste bags outside next to the front steps of the building instead of discarding them properly.
Discovered these green poop bags just outside my building on my way back in from taking out the trash. We live in an open-air apartment building with no real lobby or front door, so this would explain why I’ve been seeing flies in the hallway every time I leave. No advice needed, I already know what needs to be done, just looking to vent.
