Hi all,

We’re a 65-person tech company dealing with a long-term head developer who is technically excellent but increasingly hard to manage (missed deadlines and refusing processes). Our HR team is only small and is currently under a lot of pressure, so we're looking for some external help. 

Looking for recommendations for a reputable HR outsourcing provider in Melbourne who can help with performance management, PIPs, employee relations and leadership coaching. Prefer Melbourne-based with tech industry experience.
