i've been playing on a ValoriaBet and after winning around 1.8k, I tried to make a withdrawal. Since then it's been delay. Support keeps asking for "additional verification" and every reply feels copy-pasted. Whenever it looks like the payout might finally go through, another review or serurity check suddenly appears. It's starting to feel like they are just dragging the process out for no reason.

While searching online I also came across a few mentions connecting the site to Galaktika N.V. casinos. I'm not sure if that actually true but some of the complaints people posted sounded very similar to what's happening to me now.
