I've always felt like I can plan travelling meticulously as I've been travelling solo since I was 14, have been scammed few times but the passion of travelling never died.

I want to know how does a travel agency work like how do they manage multiple clients, tie up with hotels, flights and other accomodations and earn commissions (if any).

I would also like to know if it's a good idea to start a travel agency without having any experience in that field?
