did not receive the face crate and the hairstyle crate after buying it!!
i bought both crates and neither went into my inventory so i thought okay maybe it opens automatically, so i checked in the faces and hair category (i was only missing the beard and s4 face this season so i was very excited)
1200 uc later they never gave me anything… help please
