Hey where can i get good quality bean bag and beans?

I'm from latur Maharashtra, India, and I'm looking for some legal advice regarding a building next to our family home.

My uncle sold his property to a hospital, and they have constructed a multi-story building directly adjacent to our house. There is essentially no gap between the buildings. The wall of the hospital building faces our courtyard and house.

I have a few concerns:

Can they legally have windows opening toward our property when the building is constructed right next to our boundary?

Are there minimum setback or distance requirements for windows facing a neighboring property?

Can they continue adding more floors to the building, or do they need specific municipal approvals?

How can I verify whether the construction and additional floors are approved by the local municipal authority?

If I suspect the building may have crossed onto our property by a few inches, what is the proper way to verify this legally?

I have tried talking to the owner he isn't taking me seriously cause I'm a teenager and I live with my mom and grandma he is constructing another floor which me and neighbor from the other side of hospital totally denied
