Regional to Major
So if Majors can only hire so much from regionals but they want people with heavy maintenance experience what are we supposed to do? Do you guys recommend working at a regional a few years and then leaving for somewhere else just so we can eventually get into a major without that restriction or how else can we get experience they want without them not wanting to hire us.
