This property has been on the market (on and off) for a year, she’s a real beauty but I’m really stuck on what we would offer!
I can’t see if it’s been reduced at all - location is West Yorkshire.
Any advice welcome before we decide to book a viewing. I’m not a fan and looking at houses that are unrealistic!

Hard day today, our offer was rejected after a lengthy negotiation. It was just us at first, then a couple who viewed the house 3 months ago jumped in and made a better one. I have a feeling they weren’t offering much more, but I asked if we could match offers and they said no…
Such a hard feeling. We would love to go higher, but it’s not sensible right now. Weeks of calculations and budgeting for what feels like nothing!
FTB stress, still trying to figure out the ropes and estate agents playing games. What a day!
