I have my presale link and code emailed to me, however, when I enter the link, it just goes to the general presale page that's available online. When I choose the London/Manchester option, it goes to the ticketmaster page that simply states "Happening now" or "Happening soon" with no link to the waiting room or purchase of tickets?

For other EU locations, it allows me to join the waiting room or there is a button that directs to purchasing tickets.

Where do I go to the ticketing page for London/Manchester? Presale is at 3pm and I'm not sure if the button will appear there later?

Sorry if this is a repeated question but I could not find any post specifically about this. Thank you!!
