First time building a custom bike and would love some honest feedback from people who know more than me. Here’s what I’m working with:

My goals:
• Fast endurance road riding as the primary use
• Light gravel capability for Peninsula fire roads and packed trails around Burlingame, CA
• Long comfortable rides — eventually building to 3-5 hour efforts
• Keep up with friends on carbon road bikes
• Versatile enough for year-round Bay Area riding

I chose the Gravel B model, and then after a fitting added my own measurement recommendations from the fitter.

Planning on using Shimano Di2.

Any feedback before I ok the design would be awesome, as I’ve already put down the first half and want to get the bike asap.
