I’ve been building a personal project called Browser Calculator for the past month or so and I’d honestly love some real feedback from people outside my immediate circle.

It started as me wanting to make a calculator website that felt more like an actual productivity/workspace tool instead of just a basic calculator page. I’ve been slowly adding different tools, UI improvements, and experimenting with ways to make it feel cleaner and more useful.

Right now it includes things like:

  • Multiple calculator tools
  • Different utility/conversion style features
  • A cleaner modern UI
  • Mobile + desktop support
  • Ongoing performance/security improvements
  • Plans for more advanced tools and workflow features

The project is still actively being developed and I’m kind of at the stage where I need honest opinions on:

  • What tools are actually useful
  • What feels unnecessary
  • What features people would genuinely want added
  • UI/UX improvements
  • What would make you come back to use a site like this

I’m also trying to figure out the direction for the project long term:

  • Keep it simple and fast?
  • Add more advanced productivity tools?
  • Lean into student/dev tools?
  • Focus more on mobile usability?
  • Add accounts/save features?
  • API integrations?

I’d really appreciate any feedback, criticism, feature ideas, or general thoughts. Even small UI nitpicks help a lot because I’m building this mostly solo and it’s easy to get tunnel vision after staring at the same project every day.

Thanks to anyone willing to take a look.
