Dose question
Hi all, im just about 3 weeks into my first course of jabs on 0.25mg. Ive currently lost 9lb so pretty happy (im aware the first stages may include a lot of water weight).
Just wanting advice on dosage amounts; ive only had the odd small hunger voices this week on the odd day, other than that, ive not craved food at all (im eating the right amounts etc, just no longer needing to snack, especially at night).
Does anybody ever stay on just the 0.25 jab if they think it works for them or will my body eventually decide the dosage isnt enough and the hunger come back?
I know some people dont go all the way up the doses but just wanted peoples experiences on the amounts etc. Im thinking to try 0.5 and if that again, makes me not have food cravings, to just stay on that amount?
